You can't be so anxious, sis. Grow in your relationship with God. Fall in love with the Lord & focus on your purpose. Prioritize Jesus not a relationship. Trust God to arrange a marriage.

I only believe in intentional dating. It’s biblical. Intentional means that you are in the frame of mind to marry.

My daughter age 34 and her husband 42 were just married on June 7th, a few weeks ago. The Lord started highlighting him to her about 8 years ago, though they had never met, then someone set them up in Feb. of 2022. He had no idea she even existed all those years, but she knew him from afar, even though she had never met him. On a couple of different occasions over the years the Lord would give her a vision of him and her together, in one they were at church ( no, they didn't go to the same one) and another one they were in his backyard. Praise the Lord! Sometimes he makes us wait .

I met my now bf when I was just trying to meet other local Christians at a Christian-specific dance event. He came with his sister and she and her friends went off to dance. I asked him if he danced (knowing that I am totally terrible at it and would make a fool of myself if I tried), and he said that he had two left feet when it came to dancing. We bonded over that, ended up talking the whole night and I totally forgot to socialize with other people because our conversation was so engaging. We were friends for awhile, then just as my feelings began to turn romantic for him, he asked me out. We're still best friends a year later, prepping for marriage now. It can happen when you least expect it.

So summary: God is highlighting someone if the man gave his life to Jesus AND he is persuing you. Without those 2 forget it. 😃

I've just recently opened up to the idea to being in a relationship again, and I strongly felt that was God telling me that I'm ready. There's a certain man who I always think about lately who fits all these signs too 😊

This was so on time! I met that man I care for seven years ago. He was a street minister and I was sitting under a gazebo having my lunch when he came up to me. This would go on a couple of years. He retired and I didn’t see him out there any more, but God led me to go to the church he went to and my son was going there too. I became a member of that church and now we go to Sunday school in the same class. He’s taking things really slowly and we don’t date, but we have some very meaningful conversations at church. I’m hopeful that someday he will pursue me, but even if he doesn’t, I am realizing he will if it’s God’s will. His parents really love me and we have a good connection. His mom texts me several days a week.

Hello! Thanks for this message - I think a temptation for me is to overread in each interaction with a guy who has solid theology and talking to them well and I generally like talking to these guys (I'm not usually attracted to these guys, but talking about God is attractive) - what advice would you give to not do this? Videos like this can be confusing and can be tempting to feed these thoughts and even bring some sort of fear. Responses will be appreciated!
