You are correct for any area of our lives where we are seeking direction, we should spend more time in the Word of God.
It is by spending time in the Word that we will grow to recognize the voice of God as he speaks to us
We need to be able to discern the Holy Spirit speaking and not the flesh
This is of the utmost importance for the Child of God

The latest one was about Isaac and Rebekah! No matter where I start it! How cool is that!
