I did jump rope in place of walking/jogging. Got about 8, 000 steps and burned over 500 calories. I weigh 100 lbs., so burning this many calories isn't easy but the workout didn't feel draining or too intense. I will try not to overexercise but this made me feel so good. Thank you!
