This doesn’t make sense to me. I love my husband for who he is. This is without condition.
I don’t agree with him all the time. We argue. I believe in having boundaries in any relationship. But this doesn’t take away the love I have for him… because I recognize that he is a person with unique experiences and desires.
Love for me is having his best interest, having his back when necessary, caring for him when he needs it, assisting him daily.
Should I not expect to receive the same dedication back?
