An ill fitting bra can be the root of all your problems. Really try different sizes, and tailor it if you have to (I usually take in my bras because I can't find my size). Also, depending on the time of your cycle your chest may swell and shrink, and your bras will fir differently.

This is an issue I got into when I became a mother and I feel it’s something a lot of parents go through, the identity crisis you go through as a new parent is craaaazy. Definitely needs to be spoken about more

My best friend and I are only 1 year apart, but people keep assuming she's 10 years older than me (our faces and wrinkles are similar). It's the way she dresses, she always looks as though she's going to the office even when it's casual. It's nice to look professional but it ages her. I rarely see her in jeans or anything modern. Only time she wore "young" clothes was her gym clothes, and she looked 10 years younger with it on

The bra advice hits. I just had my 2nd baby. Between the two of them, I’ve breastfed for a year and a half. My boobs practically drag the floor at this point. 😅 A proper bra that holds them up and doesn’t dig into my shoulders and back not only looks better under clothes, but it improves my posture and prevents tension headaches.

I wear what I've got and what I am comfortable in, even if it's from the 1800's. And most people who don't know me have no clue I will be 70 this year!
My advice? Be yourself, love how you look, and be grateful for every day of your life, whatever it brings. brings.

Try different bra shapes too! Took me too many years to find balconette shape which comes up higher in the middle than “tshirt” bras. Different brands have different sizes and shapes and cup volumes. Find what flatters your body!
