[ 5:40 ] — The way Nia started taking care of Lily, it’s sweet how the old girls realize how tough things can be and always take care of the little ones.

Also telling your kids they’re the “new Maddie” is prepping for them to fail. Nia’s mother was hyping up her daughter rather than comparing her and I applaud her for that.

I feel like the siblings in this show never had an accurate change to be siblings, as they were constantly compared. The youngest was always held to a higher standard because their older sibling was better than them. It was Maddie and Kenzie were constantly compared, even by their own mother. It breaks my heart to see that tbh.
