When I get anxious I repeat ‘ I am strong ‘’ I’m a radiant woman ‘’ you got this ‘ and it helps so say positive things to your brain and your body will calm down !

I have all these symptoms. It robs of you living. When it's a disorder your mind becomes your worst enemy. The anxiety stays with you all the time and when you pretend that nothing is wrong it only builds up until it takes you down. I hope someday mental health stigma will be a thing of the past so there could be more available access for mental health.

I am feeling anxiety since almost 2 weeks, I have a lot of difficulty in sleeping, it takes almost 3 to 4 hours to sleep and there is a lot of difficulty in breathing, I pray that this does not happen to anyone.

I have anxiety for about 1½years. Sometimes my heart beats fast, heavily breathing, continuously sweating from hands and from body, lost interest from everything, hate talking to peoples, going out, interaction with peoples, started to forget everything. Example - washing my hands for 5-6 times, redoing the things again and again.

How can you feel better in this situation of anxiety and depression.
1. Start doing meditation.
2. You can go for morning walk, feel the nature, watching sunrise and sunset give you calmness.
3 start doing some yogasan and pranayam specially bhramary pranayam and omkar.
4 spend more time with your parents and friends if possible then tell them your situation.
5 follow your hobby like drawing, singing, writing. Sometimes write whats going on in your mind feels you better.
6. Try to spend time with playing games, play with childrens or travel somewhere ( not alone cause your suffering from depression).
Don't suffocate yourself while setting in a room try to be outdoor most.
7. Have a faith on yourself and god that you will definitely overcome this situation.

I have problems with controlling my fear. I have an extreme fear of losing a person in my family to death. Whenever i see him having slightest variation in health, my anxiety shoots up. It happens almost everyday, I struggle with severe fear and it is so horrible especially at night. I’m at the worst phase of life right now😭I really don’t know if I’ll succumb to my fear one fine day. This is really tiring and I’m scared how it is affecting my physical health.
