Idiot Cops Arrest Black Man After HIS Car Was Stolen

Video has just surfaced from 2018 showing Miami resident Samuel Scott Jr. being racially profiled and detained by police officers that thought he was the perpetrator of a car robbery even though HE called the cops to report HIS stolen vehicle. This nonsense happens all the time. I call the police once about someone stealing my car, once they arrived they started questioning me like I set the s*** up or something. If it wasn't for the young white lady telling them exactly what happened, this probably would have been my fate too.

I’m an old white retired cop. One thing I noticed was a frightened young officer pacing around afraid to holster his taser because this CRIME VICTIM intimidated him. Take a pill or find another job. It wasn’t exactly John Dillinger or Al Capone that y’all had surrounded. The reoccurring problem is a lack of concern by SOME cops regarding the image they leave behind. It’s glaringly evident that many simply do not care. Now, I want to support qualified immunity but I hate the abuses that are occurring. IDK, it’s hard for me to say it but perhaps it is time we take a harder look at QM. Some officers feel they are entitled to use and abuse it whiles others understand it is a privilege.
