So he had a history of making false accusations against customers and they still kept him on the job sounds a lot like law enforcement

This happens a lot. Have the guts to file a lawsuit. Make them pay.

People that call in false information should be automatically charged with misuse of emergency services or something similar.

That security guard looks like he lives in his mother's basement. This is empowering to him.

I received a letter from a collector saying Walmart claimed I had stolen some earbuds and I need to pay a settlement. I had no clue what they were talking about, thought it was a scam. I found the store and eventually founded the manager, whom I've never seen in my life. She looked me in my face and lied to me, saying she caught me stealing. I went to the police station, they said they didn't have any records of the incident. I later end up testifying against her in another case she was involved in, after I saw it on the news. She was claiming they had stolen something also.

If Walmart knew the employee had a history of fabrication, why wasn't something done before it came to this? Responsibility, accountability, and respect are rapidly disappearing in our society...smh

That ex-employee should be charged for false police reporting.

Can you imagine being that kid, he has a lifetime of work to do before he retires, and he already has cost an employer 4.4 million dollars. The kid is an absolute liability!!!

You know I find it interesting that their loss prevention personnel are constantly harassing people who aren't stealing claiming that they are, yet every time I go to the store I find all kinds of boxes empty (the item taken out and stolen) so that tells me that they are targeting innocent people and not doing anything about the people who are actually stealing 🤦🙄
