Cops Ambush Wrong Suspect, Crash Into Woman's Car with Babies Inside

Driver Jamee Kimble records the moments after Fairfax, Virginia officers crashed into her vehicle, claiming it was involved in a high-speed chase. Kimble says she was giving birth at the time of the chase and was not involved. Her six-day-old infant was in the car at the time of the crash.

What does it matter how fast or show the officer was traveling?! This is a serious issue between the DMV and the Police Dept. This happens for often then reported and as civilians any act deemed "suspicious" by the officers, get me in handcuffs. SMH.

At any rate they can't be sure that the person driving the car was involved in the chase, that would require an investigation. Therefore they should not have rammed her vehicle. They could pull her over or box her in without making contact with her vehicle. There were children in the vehicle.
