When someone is willing to prove its their property but the cop refusing to look at it is very telling of the officer. The cop is a walking trash can.

He's NOT a dumb cop. He is acting maliciously and illegally using his power as a cop. He is lying when he pretends to not believe the man. He wants to frustrate and anger the man to then say he felt threatened and press a list of false charges. He should be fired. He realised this woman was a good witness and would not let him get away with it.
