What you CAN DO to help you stay consistent ALL YEAR ROUND is:

👉Be THAT person everyday of your life; not just ‘in a phase’ while you chase the goal you’re chasing. That’s the MOST simplest thing….

👉Find a SUPPORTIVE PARTNER who gets off you having goals, working on yourself & bettering YOU. One who encourages you to grow, supports your dreams & does not put you down.

👉Communicate your GOALS & STANDARDS with your family. This means TALKING & opening up about what you are working on while inviting them along for the ride. This IS a game changer & makes it way easier to say “I’m going for a run” “I don’t want to eat that” “I don’t want to drink” “I don’t want to spend money on that” because they KNOW you are working towards something & they will be better at understanding.
If they aren’t? Well - establish boundaries babe. Take responsibility.

👉Be OK with being a little more relaxed during the day & GET UP EARLIER to do the things you have to do. It’s NOT your families problem to make time for those things, it’s yours. And if it really matters to you - you will find time. Take responsibility.

The only person that can fuck up your progress during the festive season, is you. Not Mary-Jane, not Bob-Dylan, not even Grandma.
It’s YOU.
