Hi ive been unsuccessful at trying to attach the last panel in the back right all alignment nubs are lined up

What should one do when the alignment nub lines up on one side of the roof panel but the opposite side if off by 3/4 inch?

Two of our skylight panels don't meet even though all of the other panels do. We've tried everything to get them to fit together.

The screws that attach the roof panel at the wall seem too long. They poke the top of the panel and show obvious bumps outside. All panels align and are fitted correctly. Had to back all those screws out and leave loose.
