My problem is that I always get passion in something but then I get bored of it but later like 6 months later then I get back into it and repeat the loop.

How do I even find my passion when I've been depressed for years

I just want a personality

Because right now, I don’t know what I like. My favorite color is purple and that’s pretty much it. I watch Netflix, I go on tik tok, and I like all kinds of music. I listen to pop, some rock, some alternative, and even jazz.

I just want something different about me

Biggest struggle for me right here. It's not that I can't find anything I'm passionate about, it's that I'm passionate about many things.

Note if you end up finding you're passion, don't say "I love doing this but I'm so bad at it. So and so is so much better than me, etc." and give up. Be patient with yourself and keep practicing it. Skills take a lifetime to build up, and you are GOING to be bad at something when first trying it guaranteed. When you find your passion, don't give up on it and keep building on it!

This makes a lot of sense

I used to get my dopamine from hobbies like crochet, playing instruments, drawing, and baking
Even reading and having conversations with people

But now I'm older, I'm tired all the time, I don't want to talk or interact with people because it's too exhausting, I work a draining repetitive desk job all day, and the only other activities I do are watching YouTube videos, eating, playing video games occasionally because it's the only things I enjoy or have the energy for (I even get tired of video games quickly now), and I rarely go outside either unless I absolutely need to for a specific reason

Dopamine may be cheap, but hobbies are very very costly!

My life is just me using my phone. I only ever eat one meal a day, but I do too much snacking. I just use my phone all day now that school is out
