Put fresh blueberries in the freezer and eat those through out the day as a snack. They are super satisfying this way!

Blueberries or strawberries (organic) for me when I want something sweet. I've got 3# bags of both in my freezer. Another favorite snack is a small organic honey crisp apple with some Kerrygold Reserve cheese. My breakfast is 4 local eggs with half an avocado.

Solid advice!! I make sure I have enough carbs earlier in the day. I find when I do so the late in day/night cravings are much less. And sometimes when I have sweet cravings I drink a glass of water. It totally helps!!
