This one has so many beauty & health benefits and is packed with antioxidants and essential vitamins! Even added some protein to make it great for pre or post workout 💪🏼

RECIPE:
Time: 5 minutes (if your fruit is already chopped!)

Ingredients:
-1 frozen banana
-1 cup frozen pineapple
-1 scoop vanilla protein
-1 tsp spirulina
-1/2 to 1 cup of coconut milk depending on desired thickness (can sub coconut water too)

Topping inspo: cacao nibs, chia seeds, coconut flakes, granola, honey drizzle, fav fruit

HOW TO: just add all ingredients to a high power blender and blend until smooth! Start by adding little liquid as possible but add more as you blend if needed! The thicker the better and FROZEN fruit is what helps with this!
