For a little less than two years I could not kneel on the affected leg due to patella pain. After a daily walk and exercise I have no problems now. Thanks for the explanation, have a nice week.

Death Tara, thank you for your wonderful exercises.
My problem problem is: when I do squids my affected knee is collapsing inward I try to keep it with my hand while bending .
Is it a heap problem, how can it be fixed? I like to exercise so I think I can fix anything if it is fixable.

Think you did a video re developing trust in your affected leg but can’t find it and thanks so very much for doing these wonderful videos though disappointing to learn that spasticity won’t just disappear the way it appeared😰so stretch and repeat

I hyperextend my effected knee when learning to walk a when trying to walk again . I also can't crawl on the floor . The knee just slips. I have some lack of feeling on side of leg and foot. I walk with cane and use foot drop brace . I am 7 years post stroke .

What if your knee pain is because of a TKR? Four months after surgery had a stroke. How do you work on both?

Totally agree with your opinion regarding knee OA! I have it but my knee pain is cartilage and meniscus issues, in conjunction with post stroke spasticity. My quads probably have some, but my calf muscles are very spastic, affecting my ankle too. That said, how do I target those spastic calf muscles?

Courage.
