This is possible and it is very real. The rope technique has worked for me since I was 8 years old (mid 1990’s). Your body begins to vibrate uncontrollably as you pull on the rope. This is your consciousness leaving your physical form. You will hear a loud pop and the vibrations immediately stop. This is when you are finally out. I cannot explain how peaceful it feels. I found out I could do this at a very young age and have been doing it ever since. It can be scary but it is very much real. Everyone was born with the ability to do this.
