Astral projecting is really safe and going back into your body is safe you just think about going back to your body

I want to stop this spontaneous astral travelling while sleeping. It's not lucid dreaming and I'm encountering all weird things that wont make me rest properly also I don't decide to go in the other realm, It just happens.... if you could give a link or more info I will appreciate 😊 thank you, your videos are really clear and useful

Hello, couple years ago i found myself astral projecting every night. No matter how many times i tried every night my body was travelling. However, one day whilst i was in the astral world watching myself sleeping. I saw the cord connecting me to my soul body.. Then i remember hearing a noise a very disturbing noise. I watched my soul quickly afraid ran back into my body and i woke up almost gasping for air. It was terrifying .

Thank you so much for this video .I am feeling so weird right now last night before i was going to sleep i was telling myself you are gonna astral project and i don t know what happend exactly but was the strage thing ever happened to me.I usually lucid dream so i am used to the feeling of being in control and was a dark spirit that was trying to get close to my and i locked myself in my bathroom and i made some swords and throw out to that door trying to kill that or scared it away and i decide exit out throw my bathroom window because usualy when i jump in my lucid dream i am flying .And i jumped and now comes the weird part i was stucked in mid air, like the time was stopped and i had the weirdest feeling in my hole life idk like i am born again, i am this mass of dense water and suddenly i get pulled out of there and i see a thing like an ombilical corde and 100k numer of colors and images like photos passing throw my eyes and i said to myself wtf is this lets wake up .And i woke up now i am wandering if i should try again or not .I wanna comunicate with good spirits and learn from them and in my real life i tryed to do that and failled.

Yesterday I tried astral projecting but failed, and went to sleep. i had a dream where I was following a very big man and said I said that i gotta stay with him. Today I wake up and my body is so numb please help. Also a remark: i was sick yesterday when I did it and now my head hurts and I feel like someone sucked all the energy from me

What do you mean by "trying to take advantage of you (some creatures you meet along) or harm you". What is the worst that can happen to your physical body by doing this? Stay in coma state forever maybe?? What else?
