Running brings us multiple benefits that improve our overall health. But what would happen to your body if you run for 30 minutes every day for 30 days? You're probably thinking that running every day for 30 days is impossible or unsustainable. Part of that is true but it's not as hard as you might think. You don't need to run as fast as you can to reap the benefits of running and our personal opinion is that sprinting will not bring you much, if any, extra benefits. The most important thing when it comes to any form of exercise is picking something you can stick to. Staying consistent over a long period of time is much better than going all-in for 30 days.
