Thank you! I did not get one thing - we go through the process of unburdening for each polarised part? I thought that when we unburden the exile, both protectors can chill out 🤔

Hi, I am taking a course in IFS. I am practicing mental health Counsellor in Pakistan 🇵🇰. In the video, you have mentioned to ways to attend the polarisation. One to hear the two conflicting parts and come to the negotiation. The other is healing the parts separately. How do we know which way to opt ????
