Just a note to your listeners. You only need to complete Level 1 to get certified! Level 2 and Level 3 are there for those who choose to deepen the work! <3

With the question about whether you need to revisit an exile once you've worked with them and had a breakthrough, I did some workshops with Bonnie Weiss recently, and she said that it used to be thought that you could work with exiles once and clear the charge completely, but now she has come to believe that exiles do need to be revisited, and it's good to check in with them to see how they are faring.

With my own ACA work, I have definitely found that to be true. Sometimes, a big breakthrough gets me a long way toward clearing an emotional charge, but later, I find there's some more to be cleared. However, it seems to be less on subsequent clearings.

There are also religious abuse survivors ACA groups and secular ACA groups as well, if religion is triggering for you.
It was for me, so this is better 😊
