Don't throw away those lime skins. Layer them with sugar in a little jar/mug. They should let out the remaining juice (over night) and are sooo good in your tea.

Why do I hear chefs pronouncing chard as shard? Look it up Chefs. It is pronounced phonetically! CHARD!
