If you are looking for a new green leafy vegetable to add to your cooking routine, today I want to introduce you to Swiss chard and rainbow chard. (You're welcome!)

Multicolored and very easy to make, either version packs a nutritious punch with high amounts of vitamin c, k and A. Just like other green leafy vegetables, it is high in potassium and magnesium – nutrients, which may help you control your blood pressure and prevent health complications like strokes when eaten in large enough amounts.

Love the chard! Also glad to see (or at least it looks like it from here) that you got your knife sharpened😉! Keep up the great work!

Thank you for the simple recipe that provides additional info on the potassium levels (something I have to watch). I also thank you for keeping this short and sweet. The recipe was great!

I love the chard I used to grow in my garden because it is not popular in the states, I am Mediterranean we cook it with beans or lentil and we make it rolls just like cabbage rolls stuffed with rice, meat and spices😋

I loved juicing swiss chard and it gave my body such a great feeling as is it craved some nutrient from it. Unfortunately I no longer have that excellent juicer and came to you for a recipe. Short, clear, concise with minimal ingredients, although I try to leave salt out of anything I can, I'll give this a go. I'm trying to isolate and better understand my foods and intake methods for better health and less FDA/ AMA propaganda or misinformation. Although technologically challenged lol I'll try to see what pre-existing videos you may have already that might be of help. Thank You and I'm now a subscriber.
