Wow, after 16 years of a “stuffy” nose, with NO relief from surgery, sinus sprays, etc., I am now breathing through my nose! I hope it lasts!!!! I always felt like I was breathing through layers of cotton in my nose and that some type of cranial adjustment would help. This helps! I’m doing this regularly from now on!

Wow, thank you so much for sharing this. I've got Covid and my left side was completely clogged just minutes ago, nothing was passing through. I find that particular area behind your ears applying pressure is really great especially with headaches and as dr Mandell explains it really does open up your sinuses thanks dr.

Your remedy for sinus was a winner for me. I tried everything. The rinses and the drops were like placebos. They did absolutely nothing for me. My ENT wanted me to come for weekly shots. This technique works better than stimulating the facial points. It is so underrated technique. Really works like a charm. It also puts some movement in the ear region and helps release some tensed upper neck muscles too. I do this before sleeping and after waking up, my stuffy nose and headaches are gone... Beautiful. Thank you Dr Madell just got back from ER r awful stuffiness and headache was given 875 mg of amoxillin and clavulanate potassium tablets every 12 hrs supposely for sinus infection, will try this you are recommending . Bendiciones.

This is so awesome, it really worked. I’ve been stuffy, but not runny. I felt total relief in about 2 minutes. Wow this is better then my neddypot. I always feel like there is still some water after rinsing out my nasal passages, and sometimes I feel like I have water in my ears. Which takes about an hour to clear out. I’ll still need to use my Neddy pot to get rid of the pollen and dust. I lived in Florida and something is always blooming. Thank you so much 😪🤧
