Ok so this works! I just did this and got a huge release.. the minute I grabbed for my ears my nose started filling back up. I can feel something draining down the back my throat which assures I did something right but I'm going to assume I didn't give enough pressure so I will be trying again once my cheek stops hurting 😅😊
