I love how he encourages you during the workout the number of times i felt like curling up and giving up is too damn high but he would say something and I'd be like ok ok just a lil longer and the quotes during the break were motivating too. Glad I found this :D

I've been doing this exercise for a little over a week now and i really am starting to feel some change already. I've been sad and a little depressed here lately and i have to say, doing this exercise really makes me feel better about myself physically and mentally. I love you man!

I've been doing this since August every other day with your other cardio plus muscle workouts and lost 40 pounds. I'm at my skinniest thanks to you. I'm at 10 percent of body fat.

Update: With this workout and roughly a 1500 calorie a day diet, I have lost 10 lbs. in 3 weeks!  I'm sticking with it!  Thanks coach!

Was feeling really depressed and found this workout. I love how there’s no timer, just an instructor. It makes it feel more personal and keeps you focused on the workout rather than the time. Felt like I was back in sports practice. I’m obsessed!! Thank you for this !

i started two weeks ago and i have done this everyday for 15 minutes and i have completely changed my diet and i have lost 10 lbs!!! i will continue to do this workout because its fun! THANK YOU!

He is literally the best coach ever, seeing how he never gave up motivated me to work at my worst.Seeing him work out with me right by my side was truly amazing.Pushing through with me give me a passion to see that I can do what seemed impossible at first seem like I could possibly do it a second time!!

There's too many cardio routines on YT that have breaks between each exercise or just want to destroy you with endless squats and presses. With those, I don't feel myself breathing hard enough and the results aren't as impressive.

But with this video? "MOVE, MOVE, MOVE!" I love it that the goal is to just keep moving no matter what and squeeze out as many reps as possible. Coach Kozak motivates and pushes me way harder and the results are infinitely better. Thanks coach!
