With diet changes and doing this twice a week, I have lost 6lbs in like 3 months. I’m now in the healthy BMI weight status. I do weight lifting at home too now and then and also go on hikes. I’m lean but I’m working on getting more defined and losing the stubborn fat around my dad bod belly. I think I’m almost there, gotta keep on going! Thank you!

You are the best I look for a easy workout because I used to do spin cycle before I had surgery and I needed something that I could do all the other ladies started off spending too fast you started off with a warm-up and did those interval bursts of energy and a recovery I love it I have subscribed to your channel!
