My son won't stop doing pull ups. Every time I speak to him or ask him to do something when I look again he is at his pull up bar. He doesn't even lose his breathe anymore, he can have a conversation like he is taking a stroll. Must feel great to be 15

A deficit deadlifts i never knew that was a thing. But i been doing it like that for a couple months like that and it feels great. I cant go as heavy. But the range of motion is great. Just started going to the gym like 4 months ago still figuring things out..

I like that bent row variation I do it with smaller plates but my low back fatigues so much.

Whats the pros and cons of replacing the bent over rows with flexion/pendlay rows and cutting the deadlifts?
