Looks can be deceiving although the bodybuilder is doing great back technique
By putting your legs in front of your body work more muscle groups goku great work to both.

I feel like you had to keep the legs up because the bar was lower to the ground which threw you off elsewhere.

Depends on what part of back is being targeted.. falling in love w calisthenics.. lil tweaks in form, pull to chest or belly.. could just concentrate on arms by half reps n pause love it!!!

The height of the bars may have an effect on their form as well as their height but the bodybuilder seems to do a better job extending and lifting completely.

Both, clean form, Calestinics was harder ; thus more impactful because he had his body positioned forward. Bodybuilder traditional was good but does not compare. The calisthenics guy if he did the same form as the body builder, he could do double the amount( Calistenex cores involved)
