It would help to explain the squat, coming out of the rack. Getting under the bar; shoulder placement; tilting hips under; etc.

Bar rests on upper back is a bit misleading, I would say on top of shoulder blades. If you put it higher where you neck stops it's not ideal.

good way to explain it but i feel like itd be better to keep the requirments to 3-5 since its hard to remember how to do a exercise when u have to do so many in a workout.

Probably too much through the heels. You should still maintain pressure through the forefoot so that your toes aren't lifting off the ground

Knees are going way to far forward, you’re gonna injure yourself squatting like that.

He’s got problems in his technique. He doesn’t have the correct bar path over his mid foot. His thumbs are places wrong and this is a high bar position and more like a front squat. He’s not working his entire posterior chain therefore he’s not efficient.
