The back squat requires the structures of the lower body and core to work synergistically to accomplish the task. Optimal performance requires an adequate range of motion at the ankles, hips, and knees; superior lower-body strength; and a tremendous amount of core stability.

Nice explanation though there is one small thing missing. The weight of the body should be more on ur heels and center of foot. This will avoid the load coming on the front of the foot and hence avoiding knee injury. Also, it's good to cover full range of motion but if u are maintaining the posture till a certain depth, stop there. It's better to have correct posture than going all the way down and not able to maintain the stance.

Buy squat shoes
Ankles shoulder width apart
toes pointed at a 30° angle
Bar placed on the spine of the scapula
shoulders pinned tight
Chest high (maintain thoracic extension)
Lumbar extension
Deep breath (which is held for the rest of the rep)
Push your ass back
At the same time push your knees out
Look at a spot about 3 feet Infront of you
Bend forward more than you want to
Set your back angle approx 1/3 way down and maintain it for the rest of the lift
Get the crease of your hip below the top of your knees
Use hip drive to get out of the hole
Imagine there's a hook in your ass pulling you up. (Or that the bar is on your waistband)
Fully lock out your knees, repeat for 3 sets of 5, add 5lbs next time. That's how to squat.
