Hi Friends,

Are you ready to sweat today? I hope you've been keeping up with your fitness and workouts. I know so many of you joined me during quarantine so I'm hoping you guys are still with me! Do you guys like workouts like these? Give me feedback, I love reading what you guys have to say. During this workout I really pushed myself to get the most out of it, so if you are feeling great try to get your heart rate up and let me know how you feel after you finish!

I have some suggestions that would absolutely help me and maybe more to get the most out of them, I hope that's ok 🙏🏼
I think some small notes for some of the routines could make me make sure Im doing them right (for example, the second routine with the leg up, should it go 90 d' up or it doesn't matter, does it have to be straight or not) it could be during the workout or in the description box maybe .. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Also I would love to know more about what you're using - how much weight are you lifting, what the max. youre recommending to use for this workout ..
And maybe writing the music as well just because its really good and putting me on fire ! 🔥

Hey Sami! I love these workouts and was wondering if I could do them everyday? I was reading you should only do HIIT workouts 3 times a week and alternate that with strength training. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
