I have recently been diagnosed with IBD via a colonoscopy. I was given medication which worked but nobody explained that I would need to keep taking them so ran out and it has returned with a vengeance! Thank you so much for this presentation, I understand and will now take steps to improve my quality of life from a place of knowledge.

Hi, I have Colitis and my gastro doctor never gave me anything for my disease and I have been going to him for 15 years! It's so bad sometimes that I can't make it to the restroom! Do doctors test for vitamin d levels. That should be the first thing done. 70% are low in the D but have no idea because a lot of doctors give out medication instead of really helping them heal. Food is medicine and knowledge is power.

Just had Entyvio fail and Stelara isn’t working. Going the ostomy route soon to take my life back. The flares every few years when the drugs fail getting is harder on the health as I get older. Hoping to avoid the diabetes and osteoporosis from steroids and get back to living.
