In this video, I go shopping at my local Luckys market here in Larkspur. I decided to talk a little bit about what some of the foods you might want to avoid if you're concerned about your bedroom performance.
More importantly, the reason why to avoid some of this stuff. Now most of this stuff is common sense, but some of the things on this list are actually quite surprising because they seem like they're actually healthy things to eat.

I didn’t start buying pre popped popcorn until about 3 years ago but without this knowledge, I just thought the chemicals promote cancer. I hadn’t known this & I’ve always eaten microwaved popcorn since I was a kid on the regular.

What about soy being known to release phytoestrogen within the body, which is known to actually block estrogen from connecting to cells, which gives a more likelihood of testosterone increasing rather than decreasing? I’ve also been told it basically differs when it comes to soy, based on how the person’s body reacts to the phytoestrogen.

I've gone to unsweetened soy milk since I had to back away from cow's milk. I use in smoothie with papaya, banana, blueberries or raspberry and some natural peanut butter. I don't eat much popcorn unless air popped. Don't eat store bought bread because it triggers gout flare due to the yeast. Canned soups are eew to me. No alcohol either due to triggering gout flares.

Good fats don't lead to clogging of arteries - those findings are the result of 'old' bad science. Even having too low (LDL) has been shown to be related to higher mortality rates. You're body needs the type of fats that are found in 'smoked' meats that you indicate. It's not something you want to remove from your diet.
