Saturated fat like red meat and butter are healthy. It's when we mix carbohydrates and sugars with them that the problems arise. Seed oils [vegetable oils so-called] cotton seed, corn oil, canola, flax seed oil etc. become inflamatory, real virgin olive oil is not.

The older I get I find it's easier to just give up everything I like. Just joking, I've turned away from processed foods for awhile now. And I find that chemicals, excessive sugar and salt, bad fats are in just about everything. The American diet is awful.

I always follow my mum's rules "Everything in moderation" and "A little of what you fancy does you good" I'm 66 years old in good health. Worrying is the biggest cause of ill health so chill out and don't take videos like this too seriously. 👍😃

I drank a ton of green tea, ate pumpkin seeds and introduced broccoli and it resolved my issues. Cut back on the beer also.

The foods to avoid are everything I like . Avoiding alcohol is easy. I drank four beers and found I was unable to urinate, that scared me !

I found it funny that processed foods were number 7 when they should have been 2nd on your list
Then when you mentioned saturated fat you showed a picture of chips being cooked in oil (probably vegetable oil) and a guy sitting in front of hamburgers and beer (mixing carbs with processed meat)
Then you put Red meat and sausages in the same category and cheese and butter in the same category
They are not !
Sauces and dressings should be near the front not because they contain saturated fat but because they have plant oils and various additives
The food industry is based on the ability to be able to grow and store food for long periods of time without the necessity of refrigeration and it is cheap to produce for large quantities and so they push grains and food full of additives
The classic food triangle is upside down and was created by the industry to be able to sell the products large manufacturing can create

Yes, That is yes, you hit all eight of my favorites I enjoy almost daily.. This whole process is going to be a real lifestyle dilemma at 57, within my ht/wt standards and all my other labs are within range.. After radiation & chemo & now this, I just can't help but think it's still just guesswork in a Lab Coat.. Truly, No Offense..
