These are really good advices but for me (that changes from people to people) when I bend my wrist down a little bit, I feel better tension on the peak of my biceps. But as i said it changes so you guys could try it and figure out what’s better for you.

Actually a supination of the wrist while doing some specific bicep excercises is proven to be beneficial for their work and growth.

It’s actually a good idea to twist your wrists outwards during a bicep curl but only at the very top of the movement. Biceps also work to rotate the wrists in that exact way. You can tell by bending your arm at a 90 degree angle and twisting your wrist so that your palm faces up, you feel contraction in your biceps without doing any curling motion.
