I made my husband the anabolic baconator for dinner last night. He couldn’t finish it and commented on how it was the best burger he’s ever had. I showed him how many recipe videos you had and I think it’s the third happiest I’ve ever seen him 😂

I love these kind of videos. They’re not only informative tips but you can tell they are genuine things Rem has learned in his own experience on the diet. A lot of things in this video I learned myself firsthand (for example the ice pops, which usually you’d think on a diet would be a no-no)

Thanks! This was great. 50 pounds up after having a baby and breast feeding so I want to snack a lot. This will help a lot to not go too crazy because I only really need maybe 300 extra calories a day and I have been over doing that with all the snacks.

These are going to save my meal plans. I am used to eating so much food that eating less calories is very hard for me. This is so incredibly helpful, you have no idea.

Man I need to move out. My mom cooks traditional food that's so high in calories and get mad if I don't eat with the family. It makes it hard to cut

Man I really needed this. I was at 168 got to 153 consistent diet but now I’m getting these snack cravings they are driving me crazy😂. I’m aware I may not be overweight by anyone standards but for some reason my face decided to absorb all the fat and I want my jawline back 💀

I suffer from severe PCOS with INSULIN RESISTANCE! I was 221 pounds spent 4 months on nutrisystem and got down to 200 pounds within 6 weeks, but then hit a road block!
