In the last few years ive been developing a "turkey neck", sagging skin on my throat. Im a 61 yo physically fit man and people often think im 15 years younger...until they see my neck. Ive been doing your routines for a couple of months and they really seem to be helping but would love to see a 10 min dedicated neck video. Thanks, you really are wonderful! A fan in Texas.❤

YAY!!! Thank you so much for this video, Beautiful Lady 😍 It’s JUST what I need for these dark undereye circles. I see a difference in my eyes having done this just once!
Although, my face is changing a lot and is building up muscle tone because I do your videos at least 4 times a week, and am remembering the exercises now so I can do them during downtime throughout her day. I was shaping up to acquire a turkey neck and saggy jowls; at the age of 42 they were starting to form. But now my jawline is becoming nice and defined, and the neck is firming right up! I am so so thankful!!!

Thank you Lisa for these wonderful exercises. I have just discovered you about a week ago. I am 78 and some may think why bother!!! But I do bother and like look my best till it’s time to go 😃. An area that I have issues with is my mouth area and thinning lips. Would love to see some exercise to improve that part of the face. Thank you very much from London ❤
