I did these exercises for 3 weeks without missing a single day and this works... My face has tightened up more than I expected my cheeks don't sag anymore. I m happy with the results :) thanks, Masumi ;)

I’ve been doing these for about a week i always get good results, I constantly get compliments from friends and family. If your laying down and reading comments considering doing this DO IT!! I was in your position a week ago thinking it probably wouldn’t help but now looking back it was one of the best decisions Ives made i can promise this 100% makes a difference now go start!!!

What I love about this exercise is that I don't have to touch my face . Steps are also easy to remember, so I don't have to watch it over and over again, and easy overall . I'll give this a try . Be right back in a few weeks, when I see results .

I think that anyone scrolling needs to see this ha. I’ve never been overweight, but I’ve always struggled with fat collecting in my cheeks and chin making it looked saggy and tired. I began doing these exercises about 1.5-2 years ago and the wow, my face has visibly changed significantly. I can just look back at my 3 annual yearbook photos. I can definitely tell that when I smile extra fat doesn’t puff out of my cheek area so much anymore (hardly at all actually!). I did change my diet a bit to eat more healthy foods, but I definitely think facial exercises contributed SIGNIFICANTLY. Along with this video I’ve been doing Yuuka Sagawa’s “10 effective exercises to slim down your face and neck” video plus muscle watching’s “100% effective exercises to slim down your face fast”. I don’t do them all that once, it’s more like a rotation between them. Like I’ll do one video for a couple weeks consistently then switch to doing another the next couple weeks. The key is to be consistent, not so much doing multiple videos rapidly for a week and overdoing it. Good luck!

I am so unhappy with my face lately and looked up methods to improve the face shape. So i came across this video and I want to give it a try after seeing so many nice comments. I'm struggling with consistency ALOT so you guys are much appreciated to keep liking or commenting to remind me of this exercise ❤

I have been using your exercises for two years starting when I was 68 years old. I will turn 71 in December. I am a male, by the way. My face has lifted by following your regiments nightly. I do other exercises in the morning. Thank you. I would love to send you photos of my pre-exercise face and the improvements which have occurred since staring your regiment. Thank you and God Bless.

hi i normally don’t comment but i’ve been doing this exercise for 2 months along with face massages, I promise anyone who is doing this it does work my cheek bones are way for visible now and my face just looks a lot slimmer, i am so happy with my results please just be consistent i do it every night after i wash my face :) thank you so much Masumi

update: It’s been a year since i’ve been doing this exercise, I stopped for a few months because of school but got back into it, I am always getting compliments about my face shape, I used to have a very chubby face in middle school until sophomore year so this was very helpful, I highly recommend doing this every night <3

This workout really does work! I’ve been doing this for about a week and a half paired with clean, veggie and nutrient dense eating habits as well as other low intensity workouts and i’ve been seeing lots of results! My jawline is way more defined along with my cheekbones. My skin has also been clearing up as well (most likely due to the clean eating and extra hydration) To whoever’s reading this, this is your reminder to kickstart your fitness journey ❤️

Im 39 yrs old, my cheek was going to dropping slowly but after seeing your video, really it worked within two days. Now my face became tighten and cheek uplifted. Highly recommended video. Love from India. Kindly make video for malesma reduction

I saw results in the contour of my jaw in 3 days! My double chin has reduced significantly and I’ve been very consistent for about a week now. I can’t wait to keep doing it and see where I’ll be in a month! I’m loving the results! Thank you!! ❤

The comments are so sweet of you to reply. I've been doing these exercises since March 5th (without a day off). I saw the difference, even the people around me understood the difference, even though I didn't say I was exercising. You give good morale and motivation, so I enjoy doing it. Been doing this for about a month now. I’m definitely seeing my face looks more lifted and my cheekbones are more pronounced from the loss of cheek fat! My face looks very lifted, sharp, and contoured. I also noticed that my nose looks slimmer too

I'm doing this exercise and some other ones which adress the whole face and not just single areas for already 4 months (together with a daily morning and evening routine of Gua Sha massages) and can say my face has changed a lot, is more contured and slimmer, my jawline has become sharper, my lips are more plump, the nasolabialfold has become smoother and my eyes are more open because my eyebrows have raised. No joke! I can wholeheartedly recommend these exercises though it is not a quick fix. I practise every evening for at least 15/ 20 min and if this is not possible, because of appointments every other day. Time I guess everbody has throughout the day. I am absolutely happy that I have started with Faceyoga. It is astonishing how much my face has changed in this few months. I will definitely stick to it.😻 I am 40, always looked younger, but these exercises will save me again a few more years to the ones that I have already gained anyway. Don't forget sunscreen, get enough sleep, drink a lot of water, decrease stress level, practise a good skin care routine and take some good nutritions too (Collagen, MSM and Vitamin D3 + K2 MK7 All Trans).
