Throw some brown sugar in that glaze, it helps with the caramelization and adds just a touch of sweet on the back side.

Very nice! I used to put it in a loaf pan, but now i actually just form a loaf on a sheet pan. Get less grease buildup and it cooks a bit quicker.

Really not understanding the first part of the video with the the onion chips
They look moist when you added them to the meatloaf but I don’t remember you saying anything about putting anything in there I’m so confused right now because no one else is asking this question so I must be missing something really big (at least as far as meatloaf goes)😊
