Guys please be gentle with the gums! It’s okay to use glide!
Using coco floss created bigger gaps and more sensitivity.
I had to constantly floss to get the food out that was getting stuck due to the bigger gaps. And in turn my teeth were so sensitive some days I felt they were a bit loose! Scary I know 😭😱!!

Now, I use glide and floss only at night time. My teeth are back to normal and couldn’t be happier!

This is my honest review on flossing and dental floss.

this floss is the holy grail for people with braces i swear it never lets me down. i tried a bunch of different ones before my friend told me to get glide and needless to say i was shook. it never frays and even if it does you can easily rip it off and the rest of the piece is still perfect. it’s easy to thread under the brackets bc it’s thin and smooth too.

I've got tight teeth too, and I prefer to use a water pick. It seems to get my teeth a lot cleaner, and is more comfortable and easier to use. I used to have a counter top, plug-in pic, but I didn't like it because it felt like no matter what I did water for everywhere, and I didn't like that it took up precious counter space. Then I got a rechargeable travel one. The battery lasts a long time and I don't worry about getting water everywhere when I use it on the shower. When I need to use it when I'm not showing, I just lean over my tub.
