I rarely flossed my teeth until I got floss picks. Now I keep them in my car, purse, backpack. I am a frequent glosser with the floss picks.
No more slobbering, no more facial lines from opening my mouth so wide for a long time.

I recently got into water flossing because of your water flossing video, now I'm OBSESSED my gum health has improved so much in a short period of time is AMAZING! I do it once daily in conjunction with traditional flossing.

I can’t explain why, but her accent is the perfect dental hygienist accent

I use all three but getting a water flosser changed the game for getting to the areas that i miss a lot due to my particularly bad gag reflex. My upper molars are so happy with that purchase! I have a dental appointment next week, so ill be sure to ask them about my routine to get better feedback. I really like how much you stressed that suggestion!

I cannot stress this enough, your videos are instilling confidence to take care of my teeth and going back to the dentist. THANK YOU

I hate the string floss, it’s just annoying to me, and I find it difficult to get to the molars at the way back of my mouth. I’ve tried the water flosser but I haven’t learned how to properly use it, and accidentally shot water up my nose the last time I used it 🙃🙃🙃 I didn’t know about the interdental aids were a thing till now. I really want to improve my dental hygiene because I’ve always been bad with it. I found your channel while searching “dental routines” here on YouTube. No influencers seem to have any videos dedicated to their dental hygiene routines, but almost all have videos dedicated to their skin care routine. Part of me wishes this could change: dental care is just as important as skin care, and these can translate to visual benefits as well. Anyways, thank you for this channel, I’m excited to learn more!

Hey Whitney - thank you for taking the time and effort to product this excellent, easy to follow, video tutorial on the alternatives to flossing - love your contagious attitude toward this sometimes awkward necessary process.

Lucky for me my dentist is very passionate about interdental brushes. A good dentist won’t just clean your teeth or fix a cavity they’ll also give you tips and show you how to floss and with what, if you’ve never done it before.

I was terrified about going to the dentist; but a good one will turn it into a positive experience and actually makes you want to start taking care of your teeth!

traditional floss always slips from my fingers and i often have trouble reaching the back. i tried floss picks and its funny how easy it is to get "obsesssive" about flossing every single meal when its so easy to get started. because flossing is so easy, you want to brush more often, and you want to mouthwash more often too. im now super curious about interdental and water flossing

Such an engaging personality! I just started flossing after losing a tooth...wish we have those alternatives here but what I could only find in the supermarket is floss picks...like you said, something is better than nothing...don't intend to lose another tooth, no!

I now use both manual flossers and a water flosser. And it makes my teeth really clean and fresh, especially my Oclean W10 water flosser that works just as advertised.

I love the brushes. I think I may have used floss too aggressively and damaged my gums. I use the little rubber brushes now. Finally it works

Its taken me ages to floss better I have tried proxy brushes but my teeth are to close together. Its a skill to get to the back teeth. I have a friend who said he doesn't need to floss according to his dentists advice. I gave him some Floss and asked him to floss just this once for me then smell the floss when finished. Apart loads of bleeding he said it smelt like something rotting. Yes I replied. That is food rotting between your teeth. He now tells me he flosses regularly. Thanks for sensible knowledgeable advice. Xx

I love the floss picks for when I’m out during the day. (Occasionally if I can’t be bothered to string floss I’ll use one at home). But for someone with a ‘food trap’ gap in my back teeth, flops picks are great for on-the-go flossing.
Another fantastic video Whit 🌷🌷💞🌷🌷
