Out of the ab calisthenics I have tried, I have a ranking made so far.
1:Bicycle Crunches: I just really like them
2: Planks: Good endurance calisthenic I often do
3: Leg Raises I like difficulty
4: Reverse crunches: I just think they are a worse bicycle crunche
5: Sit ups I hate them, the others do this but better

I have been doing this for years…. The results are evident especially when on a cut. But I have noticed one part of the ab muscle is bigger than one side on the top and bottom. But it’s a killer workout. Do 50 reps on 2 sets I do this daily!

You're working your hip flexors, not your abs. Try to curl your hips off the floor.

A nice 8-pack on its way, though your abs are a bit thin, because they miss a heavier training moment. - But yhou have it at hand! - "Only" prlong the upwards-backwards leg move when you get up, so that you get your butt off the floor. Do NOT actually LIFT your butt. only let it follow your legs backwardsn - That movement takes deep inte your abs, which is what they need to grow. (I take it for granted that you do them as slow and controlled as the first lift before the speeded-up pics!)

if ur looking for an ab workout here’s the one that i do everyday that helps a lot
30 suitcases
1 min of flutter kicks
30 leg raises
60 side to sides
1 min of scissor kicks
100 russian twists with 10lbs
if u don’t know some of these search up how to do them it’s a great workout tho

Leg raises work your hip flexorsvand your lower abs i think, you should have done 100 jack knives, its like a leg raise and a crunch at the same time
