Our gut is intimately tied to our healthy feeling of well-being. Healing the gut can help to dramatically transform your whole experience. This yoga class is designed to help provide relief and healing from bloating, indigestion, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, IBS, and ulcerative colitis. It's also an excellent sequence for anyone looking to relax and relieve stress, tension, and anxiety. I use a method where we integrate gentle pumping movements before holding a deep stretch. This helps the nervous system relax and let go so that the body can surrender deeper and release the stress and tension it holds subconsciously.
This technique can be a powerful tool for healing the digestive system.

Just what I need after having a bad reaction to medication for a flu virus which has upset my stomach and digestion. Probiotics are helping to get my stomach biome back to normal but these exercises were amazing for relaxing and calming the stomach down. Thank you so much Tim 🙏 Namaste.

Looking forward to this class today! I’m also LOVING the ease of the calendar! I’m not looking forward to the challenge ending! I am noticing changes in my ability to hold (actually do)the poses, like boat pose, I loathe that pose, but yesterday I was able to do it with relative ease! Thank you Tim! This challenge has gotten me in the habit of doing yoga at home everyday!

One breath changes everything :) thanks for such a nourishing, gut-lovin lil ditty. So nice pre-breakfast. I’m a big fan of long, luxurious savasana (10-15 mins) so a long drop in after this has me feelin like I just hit the spa :) thanks as always for showing up for the planet like you do!

Hi Tom, this was a wonderful session. Thank you so much. I am deeply inflamed throughout the whole body from constipation and slow motility of the digestion system.
