As a Registered Behavior Technician, I have used this video and applied some of these behavior analytical principles in my day to day.
-I do this through transparency. Being transparent in the day to day activities in which we give the families we work with feedback on what's going on. They want to know all of the good things happening and positives but its also important to announce some negatives to decide on a plan to approach these things.
-Another important note that can be taken from this video is to "start while they're young". Early intervention as well as approaching those interested in this topic both can be met with the idea of "the sooner the better".
