I soak my carbonzo beans (chickpeas) 8 sometimes 12 hrs and my lentils too. It works really well.

Hi there mr Gundry. Just a question, how can you say that avocados, kele and mushrooms are a protein powerhouse if they have less than 3g or protein per 100g?

Thank you, as always for all the good advice Dr. Grundy. But I have one question I’m curious about. The protein you get from vegetables and plant-based proteins does your body assimilate the protein as well as getting it from meats? Also, I was curious about beans because they are like legumes and they can cause leaky gut as you told me in a previous video. I’m wondering if that’s just different types of beans that are bad for you? Thank you kindly.

I can't really eat nuts anymore.. Lost my teeth due to awful situation.. again would do something if I had a little processer that purees ..

My ancestors didn't have any avocados. They had meat and fish 9 months of the earth almost exclusively

Thanks for the great info...but I have been seeing other videos where pure carnivore diet is recommended and leafy vegetables and beans are given a big no...So Im confused whether to eat greens and beans or not as they are said to contain certain chemicals which cause knee pains and block our body from absorbing nutrients

My stomach can't handle any of these except pecans, pistachios and leafy greens for some odd reason. All others, especially avocados and beans just wreck my stomach 😫
