So it all comes down to modern day lifestyle and reverting back to our roots, 1: eating whenever food was available, 2: Eating whole foods not junk, 3: being active and getting out there in search of food, 4 : Natural Sunlight instead of screens

I had to go 'Clean Keto' for a couple months to get out of diabetic range...so, zero sugar, zero grains, beans, zero white/wheat flours, zero fruit juices, no honey/maple syrup, no rice, no bread 😞, limited fruits to only some berries. Went from an A1C of 7.7 to 5.6 in less than 4 months, with NO metformin. Now I cycle my complex carb days, where I don't eat complex carbs daily, like before. And my complex carbs comes from yams/sweet potato, a little brown rice or brown rice noodles. Some more variation of fruit but too much, not daily. And still zero sugar and zero white/wheat flour. Treating diabetes naturally is most definitely possible but it's a whole lot of hard work! 🤦😄

So, blue light is only absorbed through the eyes? Skin is not affected?

Great video. You can usually turn down the light on your phone which should decrease the blue light. Her comments on this are very interesting.

What about supplementing with chromium and vanadium? Also, one meal a day at 1600 calories max with 30g of fat max and 80g protein. Moved my A1C from 5.8 to 5.4 in 6 weeks. No snacking and no junk food.

Blue light is interesting. For me it keeps me awake at night but on most Android phones there's a night light option - same on Windows pc. Basically it turns your screen more ambur color and you can adjust the intensity.

Also blue light occurs 3001k to 5000k (bright light) has blue light. 3000k (golden light) and below no blue light. You will have to get use to the golden colour everything is soon bright these days.
