From what I’ve seen is that this works fine with multiplications but with additions and subtractions it doesn’t

She had to look down to see the answers to the simple multiplication for each box. This is insanely stupid. It's a way to try to dumb down the process so kids don't have to work as hard to memorize basic multiplication tables, but yet they are still required to memorize it to solve the problems in each box.
