I fasted for 72 hrs this week, and it was tough, but feel so great today, and no lie I lost 10 lbs and eyesight has improved drastically I will do this again soon!!!!

Subbed! I use be highly addicted to carbs/sugar. My biggest weaknesses were potato chips and fried foods. Physically my body was screaming for a change with all the pain and inflammation, so I decided to research getting healthy and physically feeling more energetic and it led me to eating a clean ketogenic diet combining with intermittent fasting. Lost 40 pounds in 4 months and I have more energy than I know what to do with. Never going back to physically feeling that awful again. This is a permanent lifestyle change I plan on keeping. 🤟🏼

I'm down 22 solid pounds now from June 2022! I'm not perfect at fasting I often fast 12 to 17 hours. The longest I have fast it is 20 hours. My previous problems were addiction to stress brain fog hormonal imbalance and was starting to get neuropathy in my feet. I was a food addict so that was tricky to let go of but since I have learned that I can fast and I can get through 12 hours that getting to 17 hours isn't that hard when I choose to eat the fats when I'm feel like I'm in the blood sugar zone. I'm super excited I have 85 to go ! But now I feel like I am in the tool set / box that will actually support me to get to my goal now more than ever ♥️ 🌺 have learned so many of these things but Mindy has a way of describing it and supporting the processes to actually get the results ❤️‍🔥
Eating isn't the solution It's literally living off the fat that I have already put on all these years.... Burning it once I get into the autophagy and ketosis! Because I've had blood sugar issues I often have to eat the fats and sometimes take a break and break my fast sooner but I would rather be safe than sorry walking around in hangry hunger hormones ♥️ Good luck everyone Just apply the techniques and don't be hard on yourself if you fall off your hours just start over again after you eat Its that simple! First couple weeks are the hardest and then it gets easier and food becomes less of the issue and balance becomes the priority ❤️‍🔥

I weighed in on May 3rd at 170…hell NO! It was time to self repair, I knew what I had to do, and NOW was the time to get back to living, caring about myself. ( Recently Widowed ). I went COLD Turkey on carbs and sugar, plus I started fasting 4 days, 2 days to eat. I am currently on my 2nd eating day and tomorrow begins the fast, and I don’t break fast until Friday. I have been losing one pound a day and I have absolutely NO desire for any sugary things, plus I recognized processed foods for what they are. I used to do this with my husband. I’m just back to this awesome grind because I want to get back to 126 and my size 6 jeans..I have not worn jeans in 3 years, I did not know how bad I looked. The inner detox that is occurring is the best, I am walking straight again, not hunched and shuffling ( as I am aging, I am 58 ). NO, I am back to the mouth of the fountain of youth. I feel my body loosening up, all those issues I was getting from being so lethargic and overweight. As the days without sugar progressed, I felt the imaginary sandbags that I felt like I was always dragging behind me melted away, and it only took 2 days to feel immediate changes. This is going to be a lifestyle now. It takes a certain sort of mindset to be able to do this as I begin cycle 3 tomorrow and look forward to how much weight I lose this week🎉.

I’ve been doing IF for many months, finally my fasting blood sugar is dropping, yesterday it was 100. When I began it was 140, or higher.
I made the decision to go very strict keto, it was difficult, but just fasting wasn’t taking the weight off. I’m thankful for Dr Mindy, this community, and Rebel keto ice cream!

I grew up in a large family with 3 meals a day, everyday. I had to practice for a few years to get to a 36 hour fast. Today I have never felt so good and my desire for eating healthy is my inner voice when grocery shopping. I fasted 85hrs last week and was shocked at the ease of it! ! Powered up with healthy fats for a couple day. Then, just did it! No hunger after the 2nd day. No cravings. Soooo worth it! Thank you, Dr Mindy! Water only.

I have dropped 17 lbs in 2 months. IF, OMAD and now several hours fasting. 72 hour fast is next on my list.

After a year of keto and 24 hour fasts, I tried for a 72 hour fast. After 36 hours I did not feel well so I had a spoon full of MCT oil. It did not help. At 40 hours I passed out. I tried to drink a small cup of bone broth and threw it up. I wound up in hospital. Be very careful when trying to fast. Listen to your body. If you don't feel well, eat.

I am on 20th hours fasting from intended 48h .
This is the second time that I am doing it for 48h.
Much easier than the fist time as this time I’ve followed Dr Mindy’s instructions.
Much much easier when we are knocking what we are doing and prepare it properly

I do my daily walk/sprints fasted. I sprint 30 seconds all out. My recovery is pretty good considering before keto I was asthmatic and sedentary.

Hi I have started alternate day fasting just did 30hrs of fasting and praying that I can continue with out any hassle I need to loose weight and also get rid of my chronic disease of high blood pressure and diabetes
